You will monitor freight, track shipment progress, and communicate with internal teams and carriers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to confirm shipment details

• Provide updates on shipment status throughout the process

• Manage phone and email correspondence with stakeholders

• Update TTSLS with current shipment information

• Prepare handoff emails for the after-hours team
