Position: Amazon Fulfillment Center Procurement Manager
Take on the role of Site Procurement Manager with Amazon's Fulfillment Center in Hamilton, Ontario. Oversee supplier management while enhancing procurement efficiencies and operational support.

As a Site Procurement Manager, you will act as a crucial link between centralized Procurement and site operations, ensuring streamlined processes and effective vendor relationships. This position will challenge you to drive compliance and improvements to both supplier performance and procurement practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement operations and vendor compliance

• Develop and implement procurement best practices

• Support compliance with organizational KPIs

• Collaborate with Finance for budgeting and savings

• Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience with data manipulation tools

• 1+ years in managing employee performance

• 3+ years in supply chain management

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant Amazon experience

• Background in vendor relationship management
