This Junk Removal and Customer Experience Specialist position combines customer service, sales advocacy, and hands-on removal work. You will support residential and commercial jobs, work safely with team members, and participate in recorded role-play scenarios. Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding service with a positive attitude
Drive and load trucks safely with team members
Remove junk from residential and commercial locations
Provide accurate customer estimates and represent the brand professionally
Participate in recorded daily role-play training scenarios
Requirements:
Valid standard driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit
Bring safe driving, sales advocacy, and hands-on lifting skills to deliver strong customer experiences across Hamilton removal jobs.
