P&H Milling is Canada’s largest Canadian-owned milling company, producing high-quality flour and cereal products for bakeries, food manufacturers, and consumers. From coast to coast, we transform Canadian wheat into trusted products that feed families at home and abroad.

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our P&H Milling team. This role is responsible for all inventory, warehousing and distribution activities. This role manages inbound and outbound freight, ensures compliance with safety and organisational policies and provides strong leadership to support efficient logistics operations.

• Oversee the receipt, handling, storage and distribution of all incoming and outgoing freight.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure orders are shipped on time and according to schedule.
• Monitor and communicate delays or variances in freight movement.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization while preventing damage or loss.
• Ensure proper documentation for regulated or hazardous materials.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, delegation and performance management.
• Conduct inventory spot‑checks, resolve discrepancies and investigate lost or damaged shipments.
• Manage equipment needs and oversee purchasing of warehouse machinery and supplies.
• Implement and track performance metrics for shipping and receiving functions.

• Post‑secondary education in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related field. Professional designations such as P.Log, CITT, SCMP or equivalent are considered assets.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the leadership or supervision of warehouse or distribution/logistics operations.
• Familiarity with food safety standards such as BRC, HACCP or SQF.
• Strong Excel skills with solid proficiency in Microsoft Word and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in environments with flour dust, noise, vibration and varying temperatures while adhering to all PPE requirements.
