Supply Chain Inventory Manager

Optimize inventory and replenishment for STANLEY, DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, and BLACK+DECKER from Meadowvale Business Park. This full-time Canadian leadership role uses JDA and supply chain expertise.

The Supply Planning Manager leads inventory planning strategy supporting the Canadian Supply Planning team. You will improve service level, working capital, quality, delivery, cost, and growth through strategic and tactical decisions. Collaboration spans marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain groups.

• Maximize demand forecast accuracy and replenishment performance
• Navigate short supply challenges across the Canadian market
• Coordinate planning for critical power tool components
• Manage product transitions, discontinuations, and promotions
• Ensure best practices in inventory management and replenishment

• Required bachelor's degree in a closely related field
• Five-plus years managing and leading supply chain teams
• Advanced computer systems skills and creativity
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities strategically
• Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
