Maintenance Supervisor; Nights
A leading global manufacturer known for delivering innovative, high-quality solutions to clients is currently looking for a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor
. Their commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence drives their continued growth and success. The Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the plant, leading a team of technicians to ensure equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, and safe work practices.
- Supervise, schedule, and support maintenance staff in mechanical, electrical, and general facility maintenance tasks
- Plan and oversee preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing needs
- Maintain maintenance records, inventory of parts, and order supplies as needed
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability
- Train and mentor tradespeople and apprentices
- Must be willing to work night shift
- 5+ years of Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisory Experience
- 5 to 10 years of Manufacturing Maintenance Experience
- Proven leadership and organizational skills with a focus on safety and quality
- Knowledge of ESA, OHSA, TSSA standards and CMMS systems
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or TPM practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
