As a Product Support Technician
, you’ll be at the center of our dealer and customer network—combining hands‑on technical work, training, and collaboration with global factory teams. This is more than a wrench‑turning role; it’s your opportunity to influence product performance, elevate service standards, and make a visible impact across the business.
Own the Technical Challenge
- You’ll be the go‑to expert when it matters most:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex equipment issues—both remotely and on‑site
- Get hands‑on with heavy construction equipment when needed (coveralls encouraged)
- Partner with factory engineers on failure analysis and product improvements
- Ensure fast, effective resolutions that keep customers and dealers running
You won’t just fix problems—you’ll help prevent them:
- Deliver engaging, hands‑on technical training to dealer service teams
- Strengthen dealer capability through knowledge transfer and mentorship
- Build trusted relationships with dealers and factory representatives
Your insights will shape better equipment:
- Support warranty processes, including claims review, documentation, and resolution
- Identify recurring issues and elevate trends for corrective action
- Collaborate with R&D and factory teams to turn field feedback into product enhancements
Safety isn’t a checkbox—it’s part of how you work:
- Lead by example in maintaining safe work practices on every site
- Participate in toolbox talks, site inspections, and compliance initiatives
- Promote a culture of safety across dealers and customer operations
- Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with heavy construction equipment
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Experience with diagnostics, programming, and telematics tools
- Confident delivering training and presenting technical information
- Ability to build strong, credible relationships across teams
- Analytical, resourceful, and solutions‑focused
- Driven to continuously improve equipment performance and customer outcomes
