• 1+ years of building cleaning and maintenance experience, preferably within a multi‑residential setting.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with basic handheld and electrical tools.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC & mechanical systems.
• Passion for providing an exceptional resident service experience through excellent communication skills.
• Someone that thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

The Maintenance/Cleaner will contribute to the successful operations of our multi‑unit apartment complexes. The role is responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness to ensure the property shines, which includes ensuring bins are emptied and kept clean while coordinating with waste management services for timely pick‑ups. In addition, the role supports residents with repair requests and upkeep of apartment units and grounds to the Hazelview standard.

This role may be required to respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $27,000 – $37,000. For live‑in positions, a unit will also be provided as part of the package. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training.
