Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high cleanliness across apartment complexes

• Handle resident repair requests efficiently

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of trash bins

• Work closely with waste management services

• Respond to emergency repair cases after hours

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of cleaning and maintenance experience

• Experience with basic electrical and plumbing systems

• Flexible work schedule including weekends and evenings
