Job Overview

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed

Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance issues promptly

Follow established safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-clean tasks upon request

Ensure all assigned areas are kept tidy and organized throughout the shift

Qualifications

Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, particularly in commercial cleaning environments

Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude

Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
