Description
Hamilton Local School District is seeking a Custodian at Hamilton Elementary School. Working hours are 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., 8 hours per day, on a 260‑day contract, with a start date of July 2, 2026. Base pay starts as per the OAPSE Negotiated Agreement.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- Acceptable Ohio BCI & FBI background checks
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers and to multiply and divide with tens and hundreds.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff and the community.
- Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals usage and storage.
