Position: Building Maintenance Representative Role
Join Campus Living Centres as a Building Maintenance Representative focused on maintaining safe and efficient operations. You'll manage preventative maintenance, perform repairs, and support contractors with daily tasks.

This role is essential for ensuring that facilities are in prime condition. Applicants should have at least one year of maintenance experience, demonstrating skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You'll engage in daily building checks, repair requisitions, and record-keeping as part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily building and equipment inspections

• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks promptly

• Complete repair requisitions for lights and appliances

• Maintain fire safety equipment and check systems

• Document all maintenance activities accurately

Requirements:

• High School Diploma;
College Diploma preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

• Knowledge of commercial HVAC and plumbing systems

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects

• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting
