This position requires a focus on both preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring the building runs smoothly. With a minimum of one year of relevant experience, candidates must demonstrate knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You will be involved in daily inspections, repairs, and maintaining detailed records of all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive daily checks of the building

• Conduct scheduled maintenance on equipment as needed

• Address repair requests including light fixtures and plumbing

• Ensure compliance with fire safety standards

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required;
College Diploma preferred

• Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance roles
