Position: Skyservice Maintenance Manager Role
Take charge of aircraft maintenance at Skyservice as the Maintenance Manager, ensuring quality and compliance in aviation services. This pivotal role focuses on leadership and operational excellence.

Skyservice is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead its aircraft maintenance operations. In this role, you will ensure all activities comply with Transport Canada regulations and internal procedures, while achieving safety and quality targets. You will work closely with teams across the organization to facilitate resource management and project executions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure maintenance base meets safety and customer satisfaction goals

• Oversee compliance with CARs and approved maintenance programs

• Maintain documented processes and lead personnel performance

• Collaborate with departments for resource planning and project tracking

• Support initiatives for continuous improvement and best practices

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Aviation or Aircraft Maintenance

• Valid Transport Canada AME or ACA license required

• At least 6 years of aviation experience with leadership background

• Strong understanding of CARs and aviation technical publications

• Excellent leadership and multitasking abilities
