Position: Part-Time Cleaner at Good Shepherd
Become a Part-Time Cleaner at Good Shepherd, focusing on providing a safe space for homeless youth. Work four hours on weekends, playing a vital role in enhancing the quality of life at Notre Dame House.

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable youth aged 16-21. You’ll be responsible for the cleanliness of facilities, stock cleaning supplies, and uphold health and safety standards. Experience in residential cleaning is preferred, and strong communication skills are essential for this impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain facilities for youth residents

• Ensure adequate supply levels for cleaning tasks

• Follow health and safety rules diligently

• Support awareness of homelessness and related issues

• Create a welcoming environment for all clients

Requirements:

• One year of cleaning experience is preferred

• Excellent communication skills required

• Must be willing to become CPR certified

• Commitment to anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices

• Additional fluency in other languages is a plus
