Oakridge is searching for a proactive Grounds Keeping Superintendent in the Niagara Region. With 5–10 years of relevant experience, you will supervise multiple properties and ensure high-quality lawn maintenance and outdoor janitorial services. This role includes planning snow and ice removal during winter and conducting site inspections to resolve operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate grounds-keeping crews and properties

• Maintain knowledge of site layouts and key infrastructures

• Manage lawn maintenance and janitorial services effectively

• Plan snow and ice removal operations each winter

• Ensure work meets contractual service standards

Requirements:

• 5–10 years in a similar groundskeeping role

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract
