Maintenance Coordinator

As an essential member of the cheese processing operations, you will report to the Maintenance Manager, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on work order administration, inventory management, and supplier liaison, ensuring compliance and effectiveness in maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and assign work orders with available resources

• Assess work order completeness and compliance

• Liaise with suppliers and contractors for maintenance needs

• Administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

• Provide training support on CMMS for team members

Requirements:

• Two years post-secondary education or technical designation

• Minimum two years' experience in maintenance coordination

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Knowledge of standard maintenance practices

• Capable of occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
