This role directly supports the Facilities Manager in maintaining safe environments across Green Dot’s school sites. As a Facilities Associate, you will manage custodial staff, address repairs, and respond to facilities requests efficiently. Your proactive approach will help us maintain a clean, functional space for staff and students alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential maintenance services for all assigned Green Dot schools
• Manage and respond promptly to facility maintenance requests
• Ensure custodial staff maintains cleanliness and safety
• Document all work orders accurately and effectively
• Travel between facilities as needed across Los Angeles
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required, trade certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of facility maintenance experience
• Proficient in light repair, including HVAC and plumbing
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
