Operations Team Member at Triple M Metal

Become an essential part of the Triple M Metal team as an Operations Team Member. Engage in hands-on duties with equipment operations and maintenance in an outdoor recycling environment.

This position requires candidates committed to efficient operations and skilled in equipment inspections and troubleshooting. You will participate in a thorough training program and engage in a rotating continental shift schedule. Responsibilities include ensuring equipment performance, clearing material jams, and maintaining plant cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect equipment visually during operations

• Clear material jams using hand tools as needed

• Perform plant maintenance and housekeeping tasks

• Operate skid steer for cleaning and clearing

• Carry out preventive maintenance like greasing

Requirements:

• Valid Class G driver’s license

• Experience with labor-intensive outdoor work

• At least one year in a similar environment

• Preferred experience operating skid steer

• Ability to work in all weather conditions
