Position: Weekend Exterior Cleaning Role at Dexterra
Join Dexterra Group as a part-time Exterior Cleaner at Jackson Square Upper Plaza. This role requires weekend shifts from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM focused on maintaining cleanliness.

In this dynamic position, you will ensure all exterior and underground parking areas are tidy and presentable. Key tasks include sweeping debris, garbage removal, and graffiti cleaning. Strong communication skills are essential as you will interact with supervisors and the public while working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and clean outdoor areas including parking

• Remove trash and maintain garbage bins

• Address sticker and graffiti removal efforts

• Report any maintenance concerns as needed

• Participate in required health and safety training

Requirements:

• Part-time availability on weekends

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Must lift up to 25 lbs regularly

• Effective communication skills are a must

• Must pass a criminal background check
