Join IAA Holdings as a Loader Operator, pivotal in our yard operations. This role features the operation of front-end loaders to facilitate vehicle movement in all weather conditions.
As a Loader Operator at IAA, your work directly supports our auction events. You will utilize your skills to operate loaders efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Engaging with different teams and assisting visitors highlights the collaborative aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use front-end loader for efficient vehicle transportation
• Handle loading and unloading of trucks
• Maintain accurate vehicle inventories and records
• Conduct safety inspections and perform loader maintenance
• Enhance vehicles for sale with basic upkeep
Requirements:
• Must possess high school diploma and driver’s license
• Knowledge of mechanics or automotive fields preferred
• Experience operating front-end loaders is advantageous
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Strong commitment to safety in outdoor settings
