Grain farm seeking full time experienced labourer/equipment operator from Aug 10-November 1
Located at Rabbit Lake, 50 minutes NE of Battleford, 25 minutes south of Spiritwood.
Job responsibilities- General maintenance on farm equipment, buildings, and grass cutting
- Fixing and troubleshooting minor mechanical problems
- Operate all types of large farm machinery, swather, combine, tractor, rock picker, harrow.
- Greasing machines
- Cleaning/power washing machinery
- 1+ years experience working on a farm
- Is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, doing a variety of jobs each day.
- Must be able to work long hours during harvest (Sept-Oct)
- Will be capable of working in all weather conditions when necessary
- Possess a positive attitude
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or have a valid open work visa.
- Proficiency in English is essential for safety reasons
- Have a class 5 license and transportation
- Must be able to disconnect from personal phone during work hours.
