Facility Operations Manager

Position: Facility Operations Manager Role
Lead and enhance operations as a Facility Operations Manager, ensuring safe maintenance and efficient management of facilities for community outreach and services. Overseeing compliance and operational excellence is key to this in-person role.

As the Operations and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for planning and directing daily operations in a diverse environment. This includes overseeing maintenance programs and supervising various staff members. Your leadership will also involve managing budgets and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct daily facility operations

• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance strategies

• Supervise maintenance, custodial, and support staff

• Recruit and evaluate facility employees and volunteers

• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in facility operations or management

• Demonstrated supervisory experience

• Experience managing budgets and contractual work

• College diploma or university degree in relevant fields

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings

Effectively manage operations and maintenance to support the organization’s community services and outreach programs.
