Facilities Manager for AVL Manufacturing

As the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for directing maintenance and custodial operations in a manufacturing environment.

Your role encompasses developing maintenance programs, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will oversee all building systems and infrastructure, driving improvement and efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance maintenance programs for facility systems

• Oversee and ensure operational reliability of maintenance operations

• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts effectively

• Lead facility upgrades, renovations, and capital projects

• Foster team development and accountability in maintenance staff

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in maintenance and facilities management

• Proven leadership in a manufacturing setting

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems

• Experience with CMMS platforms and data-driven maintenance

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
