Lead the operations of Redeemer University's athletic facilities as an Athletic Coordinator. Ensure a safe and organized environment for varsity student-athletes and community users in this part-time role.
The Athletic Coordinator - Facilities oversees daily operations, maintains schedules, and supervises student staff. This is a vital leadership position focused on delivering exceptional experiences for all facility users. You will collaborate with internal departments and external vendors while managing equipment maintenance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily athletic facility operations and maintenance
• Hire and supervise student facility staff
• Develop facility operating procedures and customer service standards
• Coordinate equipment inventories and maintenance schedules
• Administer athletic centre memberships and access procedures
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent education
• 2-3 years of experience in athletic facilities management
• Knowledge of scheduling and budgeting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
