Caretaker Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain various building facilities

• Follow safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience highly valued

• Familiarity with cleaning-related safety standards

• Valid Class 'G' Driver's Licence required

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents

• Basic math skills for chemical mixtures
