As a Senior Manager of Maintenance and Reliability, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring fleet readiness and efficiency. Your focus will be on establishing robust preventative, proactive, and predictive maintenance programs while leading a dedicated team. Leveraging your engineering experience, you will standardize workflows and improve documentation for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the maintenance strategy for all equipment
• Establish comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Standardize maintenance practices and documentation for efficiency
• Lead and develop the maintenance and equipment team
• Own KPIs for uptime, downtime, and lifecycle cost performance
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in leadership within heavy equipment maintenance
• Proven track record of improving equipment reliability
• Hands-on experience with maintenance tracking systems
• Strong coaching capabilities and data-driven decision-making
