Evening Light Duty Cleaner

Service Master Clean is seeking a reliable Evening Light Duty Cleaner in Hamilton to maintain office cleanliness. This hardworking role includes tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning starting after 5 PM.

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will work Monday to Friday for 3.5 hours each evening. The position is physically demanding, requiring lifting, bending, and moving items up to 25 lbs. Previous commercial cleaning experience is an asset, along with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dust, vacuum, and mop office spaces

• Clean washrooms and refill dispensers

• Empty garbage and recycling bins

• Wet clean horizontal surfaces as needed

• Conduct sanitization of high-touch areas

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written

• Physical capability for lifting and bending tasks

• Flexibility to adapt to various cleaning settings

• Ability to work independently or with a team

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
