Nucor is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in industrial maintenance. In this role, you’ll supervise tradespeople, implement reliability-based programs, and ensure efficient resource allocation for timely maintenance completion. Your leadership will foster team development while emphasizing safety in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor maintenance tradespeople for skill development

• Supervise execution of planned and unplanned maintenance work

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of industrial maintenance experience required
