Entry-Level Maintenance Technician

As part of the Operations team, you’ll perform essential maintenance tasks, ensuring the property is visually appealing and operationally efficient. Responsibilities include waste management, grounds upkeep, and assisting fellow technicians with repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the exterior grounds and garage

• Perform snow and ice removal during winter

• Assist with resident work orders, including HVAC and plumbing

• Ensure proper disposal of garbage and debris

• Pressure wash and clean building surfaces as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in general labour or maintenance

• Understanding of residential building systems preferred

• Ability to work in all weather conditions

• Strong teamwork and independence skills

• Proficient in MS-Office and have a reliable vehicle
