The successful Cleaner will report to the Director of Building Services at Macassa and Wentworth Lodges. Your experience will be vital in providing exceptional service through various cleaning tasks and operating specialized equipment. Ensure cleanliness in resident rooms, washrooms, and communal areas while supporting the health and safety operations of the city.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate scrubbing machines and vacuums efficiently

• Clean and disinfect washrooms, offices, and kitchens

• Transport garbage, recycling, and laundry with care

• Set up rooms for meetings according to work orders

• Respond to emergencies, including evacuation support

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience in a healthcare setting

• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely

• Familiarity with cleaning methods and equipment

• Strong communication skills in a professional environment

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
