As a vital member of the Operations team, you will help maintain the property's exterior, parking garage, and overall cleanliness. Your responsibilities include snow removal, trash management, and assisting with repair tasks alongside Property Maintenance Technicians. This position suits a dependable, hands-on individual who values customer service and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly

• Pressure wash building surfaces and waste areas

• Perform snow and ice removal with a snow blower

• Maintain cleanliness of storage and garage areas

• Assist with property repairs and work orders

Requirements:

• Experience in general labor or maintenance tasks

• Own vehicle with a clean driver's abstract

• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather

• Team-oriented and independent work skills
