Senior Equipment Maintenance Leader

Join Geosource Energy and spearhead maintenance reliability for our fleet. As a Senior Manager, you will focus on reducing downtime and fostering efficient equipment operations in an on-site capacity.

This senior role is integral to executing the maintenance strategy across all company operations. You will lead the development of key programs that drive accountability for safety and performance, while also mentoring your team for success. With an emphasis on data, you will steer critical decision-making in capital planning and equipment investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of maintenance strategies across operations

• Implement proactive and predictive maintenance initiatives

• Standardize workflows for better maintenance practices

• Coach and develop the maintenance team for organizational success

• Own KPIs related to uptime and lifecycle costs

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or similar qualification

• 5+ years leading maintenance management in heavy equipment

• Strong preventative maintenance program experience

• Proficient in using CMMS or similar systems

• Ability to interpret technical drawings
