• Manage cleaning and maintenance of exterior grounds

• Perform snow removal and safe snow blower operation

• Complete various resident work orders efficiently

• Pressure wash building surfaces as necessary

Requirements:

• Some experience in maintenance or general labour

• Basic knowledge of residential systems is advantageous

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather

• Competency in using a computer and MS-Office

• Must have a vehicle and clean driving record
