Operations and Maintenance Manager - Geosource Energy

As a Senior Manager, your mission is to ensure our fleet operates at peak efficiency by defining and implementing advanced maintenance strategies. You'll play a crucial role in establishing KPIs, develop your team, and lead initiatives that foster equipment reliability. Your expertise will be key in managing relationships with vendors while executing critical improvements to operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the company's maintenance strategy

• Establish and drive preventative maintenance practices

• Standardize maintenance documentation and workflows

• Manage and mentor the equipment maintenance team

• Implement systems to track maintenance activities and performance

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of leadership in maintenance management

• Proven ability to enhance equipment reliability

• Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking tools

• Strong data analysis skills for decision-making
