As a Live-In Maintenance Technician, you’ll play an integral role in overseeing the upkeep of 100 Main, a bustling residential community. Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out necessary repairs during unit transitions
• Maintain properties with routine and preventative measures
• Respond to emergency situations as they arise
• Document and address maintenance requests promptly
• Conduct painting and upkeep as required
Requirements:
• Solid background in residential maintenance and equipment
• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and other systems
• Ability to handle appliance repairs effectively
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license and required personal tools
