Bimbo Canada is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Hamilton, Ontario to lead a unionized maintenance team across FMCG production lines. You will oversee safety, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with other departments to meet production goals.
The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory maintenance experience, a relevant engineering degree or trades certification, and familiarity with CMMS and TPM practices.
