Join Unique Landscape Services and help keep commercial & condominium properties safe and accessible throughout the snow season. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in doing quality work.

This seasonal position runs from November 15 to April 15
. You'll clear snow and apply de-icing materials to sidewalks, walkways, entrances, driveways and stairs at commercial and condo properties throughout Hamilton and the surrounding area.

Snow removal is weather-dependent
, meaning there are no guaranteed hours or regular schedule
. Team members are on-call throughout the winter and respond to snow and ice events as needed, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Clear snow using shovels, snow blowers, and sidewalk equipment (Ventrac SSV).
• Apply salt and other de-icing materials.
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining our quality standards.
• Report to our yard in Jerseyville, ON (between Ancaster and Brantford) before each snow event.

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions.
• Able to safely shovel snow, lift salt bags (20KG), and perform physically demanding work.
• Available for on-call snow events throughout the winter season.
• Reliable transportation to our Jerseyville yard.
• Committed to working safely and as part of a team.

• Weekly Pay
• $150 Weekly Standby Pay (December 1-March 31) for employees who remain available for on-call snow events.
