This casual position focuses on essential laundry duties to maintain the comfort of our residents at Queens Garden. You will manage sorting, washing, and transporting garments, ensuring their personal items are correctly identified. Your contributions help foster a secure and hygienic environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and separate garments based on laundering requirements

• Operate washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment

• Iron, fold, and hang laundered clothing accurately

• Perform simple repairs and mending as needed

• Maintain a clean work area and manage supplies

Requirements:

• Previous laundry experience preferred

• Understanding of good laundry techniques

• Minimum public school education;
Grade 12 preferred

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
