Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician

Support Service Master Clean's mission as a Mitigation/Restoration Technician handling diverse cleaning services for clients. Exceed customer expectations through quality performance and attention to detail.

As part of your duties, you will report to the Production Manager and manage cleaning tasks at client sites. You'll maintain equipment, fine-tune work orders, and ensure jobs are up to Service Master's high standards. Communicate effectively with clients to build lasting relationships and ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete cleaning services per client specifications

• Oversee job assignments and equipment use

• Inspect services to meet quality benchmarks

• Manage customer payments and satisfaction verification

• Handle re-service requests efficiently and kindly

Requirements:

• High School Diploma necessary

• A minimum of two years experience in cleaning services

• Supervisory capacity experience preferred

• Valid Class G Ontario Drivers license required

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
