As a valuable member of our operations team, you will ensure that our vibrant 300-unit high-rise remains in top condition. Your responsibilities will include engaging with residents on maintenance issues, performing upkeep tasks, and maintaining safety standards. Your passion for creating exceptional living experiences will shine in this hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle urgent and routine maintenance requests
• Perform repairs and maintenance in common areas
• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance checks
• Maintain equipment, fixtures, and property amenities
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the workspace
Requirements:
• Experience in diverse maintenance and renovation tasks
• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Valid class G driver's license for property access
• Proficient in basic appliance repairs
• Works well independently and as part of a team
