Key Responsibilities:
• Handle urgent and routine maintenance requests
• Perform repairs and maintenance in common areas
• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance checks
• Maintain equipment, fixtures, and property amenities
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the workspace
Requirements:
• Experience in diverse maintenance and renovation tasks
• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Valid class G driver's license for property access
