Help enhance resident comfort as a Laundry Aide s role involves key laundry operations to ensure cleanliness and organization in a supportive care environment.
As a Laundry Aide, you will engage in essential laundry tasks, supporting our mission r responsibilities include sorting, washing, and delivering laundered garments for our residents. Promote a safe environment while maintaining cleanliness and proper supply levels in accordance with health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and separate laundry items for cleaning
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and irons
• Perform hand ironing and garment folding
• Execute simple mending and repair tasks
• Transport laundered items to respective floors
Requirements:
• Previous laundry operation experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of laundering techniques
• Minimum of public-school education required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
• Commitment to maintaining a clean work area
