Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise skilled maintenance trades

• Ensure effective contractor management for projects

• Maintain safety compliance with regulatory standards

• Lead significant maintenance activities and shutdowns

• Implement TPM and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or relevant diploma preferred

• Past experience in FMCG or food sectors

• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills

• Proficient in CMMS and maintenance productivity tools

• Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed
