Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain floors, washrooms, and trash disposal areas

• Clean and sanitize common and high-traffic areas

• Restock toilet rolls, soap, and hand towels

• Dust all surfaces including light fixtures and counters

• Vacuum entrance mats and thoroughly clean lobbies

Requirements:

• Must demonstrate a positive work attitude

• Lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for hours

• Experience in floor maintenance is beneficial

• Capability to use cleaning machines

• A clear criminal background record is required
