Join Inter Rent REIT as a Live-In Maintenance Technician at our 100 Main Street community. This hands-on role requires a customer-first mindset and skills in residential maintenance. You’ll address repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and respond to emergency calls to keep our high-rise property running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform repairs during resident occupancy and transitions
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance of properties
• Ensure all amenities are in good working order
• Respond promptly to emergency calls
• Complete approved maintenance-related work orders
Requirements:
• Experience in residential maintenance and light renovations
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems
• Ability to perform appliance and fixture repairs
• Team-oriented with independent work capabilities
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
