Hands-on maintenance expertise meets resident service in Hamilton, where a Live-in Building Superintendent supports daily residential operations. Basic repairs and communication are central.
Tribe Management Inc. is seeking a Live-in Building Superintendent for a residential building. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will maintain a safe, clean, and well-cared-for environment. The work includes plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, work orders, and resident communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform general maintenance and complete small building repairs
- Respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies rotationally
- Complete cleaning, landscaping, and snow removal when needed
- Process, complete, and close maintenance work orders
- Prepare vacant units through cleaning and minor repairs
- Three to five years of building maintenance experience
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong teamwork, communication, and safety-focused work habits
- Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and work at heights
- Valid driver's licence and basic computer literacy
