Keep Age Care residences clean and sanitary as a Housekeeper, using floor care and disinfection skills in long-term care.
This Housekeeper role supports a comfortable, person-centered residence for residents, visitors, and staff. You will clean multiple areas, maintain floors, dust furniture and equipment, and disinfect essential fixtures. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, while minimum public-school education is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and lounges
- Maintain activity areas, offices, hallways, and stairwells
- Mop, wax, polish, and buff floors
- Dust furniture and equipment throughout the residence
- Disinfect sinks, toilets, urinals, and telephones daily
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Minimum public-school education required
- Ability to maintain safe, clean conditions
- Ability to operate a floor machine
- Ability to arrange furniture orderly
