Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations in the retirement community
• Implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies
• Monitor financial performance and develop corrective actions
• Facilitate team training and development programs
• Align community activities with operational objectives
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Relevant post-secondary education required
• Solid knowledge in HR and financial management
• Effective communication with stakeholders
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage stress
