Sephora Canada is looking for a Services Manager to manage all beauty-related services within the Lime Ridge Mall location. This role emphasizes training Beauty Advisors in innovative technologies while ensuring high-quality client service. You will coordinate in-store events and manage the daily operations of the Beauty Studio, fostering a collaborative atmosphere among staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily Beauty Studio operations and development
• Coordinate the Online Reservation system efficiently
• Manage in-store events for client engagement
• Train and develop Beauty Advisors continuously
• Engage with clients to enhance their in-store experience
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar managerial role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to develop and lead effective teams
• Capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting
• Flexibility to adapt to a fragrance-filled environment
